I'm Wayne. I've been coaching for 13 years and I know exactly what it feels like to watch people work hard, show up consistently and still not get the results they deserve.
Most of my clients are between the ages of 30 and 55. They're professionals, parents and people with real responsibilities. They've tried before. They've started and stopped more times than they'd like to admit. They're not lazy, they just have never had the right system.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Train alognside a friend, partner or small group in a focused, coached environment. You get the structure and attention of personal training with energy and accountability of training alongside others. Ideal for people who train better when not alone.

Endurance & Performance Training
I help runners, cyclists, and endurance athletes build the strength, resilience and efficiency needed to perform over distance. Instead of just logging miles, my approach focuses on total body strength, injury prevention and sustained performance under fatigue. One example, Romain completed the Ultra-Trail Drakensberg (62km) in 10:35 after structured strength and endurance training, proving that the right system doesn’t just get you to the finish line, it helps you perform strong throughout.

Training Through Pain Is Not the Answer. Training Smarter Is.
Most people think pushing through pain is part of the process. It is not. It is usually the reason injuries stay around or get worse. Very few trainers actually understand how to work with a body that is tight, imbalanced or already dealing with pain. After 13 years of working with clients in exactly those situations, I have built an approach that works with your body instead of against it.
If you have a bad back, knee issues, constant tension or an old injury that never fully healed, that is not a reason to stop training. It is a reason to train differently. When movement is done correctly, in the right sequence and at the right intensity, your body starts to correct itself instead of breaking down further. I stay within my scope as a certified personal trainer, but I read your body first and adjust in real time so you can improve without going backwards.
I have worked with clients who came in thinking their pain was something they had to live with. Through the right kind of training, that changed. Not by avoiding the gym, by finally training in a way that makes sense for their body and understanding when to push and when to pull back.
